The Pharmacy Assistant will perform cashiering transactions in the retail collection of accounts and related duties.? He will be responsible for storing of drugs, liquid solutions, and other pharmaceutical products. The Pharmacy Assistant should provide excellent, immediate customer service in our retail pharmacy with a positive, welcoming attitude at all times; maintaining a clutter-free, customer-friendly store.Roles & Responsibilities:Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program and safety standards.Receives payments from customer and issues receipts.Reconciles daily cash and verifies account balances.Posts and prepares receipts for depositPrepares customer refunds and contracted write-offs.Assists in the care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.Maintains department records, reports and files as required.As per directed and supervision by the immediate Supervisor to participates in storing stocks?? in the warehouse/stores.Checks & ensures that all stocks are properly & methodically stored.Assists the Supervisor or Storekeeper in making inventories of stock in hand.Informs the immediate supervisor on shortages/new stocks required.
