Job Description

Looking for˙highly skilled and experienced Personal Yoga Instructor who is available to conduct classes at residence :As a Personal Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for providing personalized yoga sessions to clients based on their individual needs and goals.You will create a safe and nurturing environment for clients to practice yoga and guide them through various yoga postures and sequences.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in yoga, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being.Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns to design personalized yoga programs
  • Instruct and guide clients through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices
  • Modify yoga sequences and poses to accommodate clients abilities and limitations
  • Provide hands-on adjustments and corrections to clients alignment and posture
  • Educate clients on the benefits of yoga and provide guidance on incorporating yoga into their daily lives
  • Monitor clients progress and make necessary adjustments to the yoga program as needed
