Job Description

With 24 departments and a number of Kuwait?s most reputable Consultants and Specialists, Taiba Hospital proudly offers comprehensive healthcare services to patients from across Kuwait of all ages. Taiba Hospital is the first ?private hospital in Kuwait to be accredited by ?MOH, UNICEF and WHO as a Baby-Friendly Hospital. As such, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join the People Division.?As a Recruiter within the People Division with Taiba Hospital your duties will include but not be limited to:?

  • Developing a talent pipeline through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals; undertake direct sourcing and information gathering including cold calling and internet searches
  • Generate and submit job postings on job boards and internal and external websites; Clarify the requirements for recruitment and channel these into the selection and recruitment process
  • Provide assistance to recruited candidates in all On-Boarding processes; track related performance assessments for candidates until employment confirmation; actively track missing documentation necessary for induction and follow up until received/completed; ensure that all inductees have been provided with a welcome kit and advise the respective division about the new joining staff; Obtain signed JDs of newly inducted staff.
  • Ensure records of employment files are kept up to date for all staff in line with latest guidelines; maintain personnel files for all staff and ensure the database is kept up to date; provide accurate reports on personnel files when required.
