Job Description

  • Interact with patients and their families (if needed) to address concerns or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment.
  • Work with healthcare team and administration to solve problems that patients may have.
  • Respond to and investigate complaints and concerns.
  • Collect data about patient care problems.
  • Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties related to the job ass assigned by the Direct Manager.
  • Facilitate the resolution of the patients and their families concerns with the staff and physicians.
