? Interacts with the customers (internal/external) to find out their exact needs.??Monitors all stock orders to supplier or manufacturer to ensure that order documentations are correct and orders are in line with recommended stock requirements.? Checks catalogues or computer databases to identify and locate the sources of required parts.? Recommends parts to customers.? Orders parts from warehouse.? Ensures that all documentation in respect of incoming parts are correctly entered into stock orders and reconcile with actual stock defined.? Locates and recommends purchased parts ensuring that best available terms of business are obtained.? Assists in regular stock checks and annual stock audits.? Participates in warehouse dispatch, packaging and delivery of stock, and receive incoming stocks.? Ensures that all customer invoices are raised in line with costumer orders and resolve any order enquiry that may be raised.? Participates in stocktaking (regular checking and valuing of goods) and update computer data.??Monitors outstanding customer invoices, chase overdue payments and advise of any unresolved problem? Ensures that image and level of customer service are in line with company standard? Performs any other tasks as assigned by the manager according to the business requirements.
