Oversee the overall games and operation and ensure that all areas are always operating efficiently.
Monitor payout system activation and ensure that they are properly working before the operation.
Authorize all return and exchange of redemption and giveaways.
Ensure the daily manpower allocation and checklist per games are set before the operation start.
Planning and organizing additional opportunities to promote the games to increase revenue.
�Mediate between game operator and management to address ideas, complaints, concern, queries and inquiries and dissatisfaction from both parties.
Promoting teamwork, rewarding positive behavior and encourage team.
Train new employees on basic customer service techniques and company policies and procedures.
Monitor the location inventory and maintain stock levels to maximize profit through redemption payouts.
Delegate and perform task to upkeep the area and organization, including the rearranging of giveaways to make them appealing to the customers.
Implement safety and security control measures which include safety of employees, customers, security against stock loss, damage, theft and pilferage.
