The primary function of the Oracle HCM Techno-Functionalspecialist role is to effectively deliver/implement HR andpayroll modules of Oracle in order to provide an integratedinformation system solution to Al Tijaria Businesses.1-Implementing new modules of Oracle EBS HRMSModules.2-Design, develop and implement enhancements andcustomizations of OracleE-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules including CoreHR, payroll, Advance benefits , Compensation,Employees & Managers Self Services.3- Act as an Oracle EBS techno functional consultant toprovide the best practice guidance on HCM businessprocesses.4- Participate in unit and system-level tests responsiblefor comparing actual results with expected results.5-Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issuesfrom raise through to resolution.6-Create and maintain technical documentationincluding design documents user manuals, and testplans.7- Work with team members to identify and implementsolutions to business problems.8-Support others in-house systems (oracle database).9 Prepare technical specification documentation for the system.10-Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of theImplementation cycle including RequirementsGathering & analysis system design & developmentTesting and Implementation.11-Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement teammembers on issues they may encounter in the designand implementation of solutions.12-Active participation in the internal workflow of the HRand payroll system.13-Provides integrated systems planning andrecommends new or different solutions which willenhance current systems and support overallcorporate and business goals.14-Provides in-depth technical consultation to BusinessUnit and project supervision to ensure development ofefficient application systems utilizing establishedstandards, procedures, and methodologies.15-Responsible for developing and adhering toengagement team project standards to ensure thedelivery of quality deliverables./.
