Job Description

Role Overview:The QSSOHE Section Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment functions within an organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, promote a safe and healthy work environment, and mitigate risks related to quality, security, safety, and environmental impact.Key Requirements:úPolicy Development: Develop, review, and update Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.úCompliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards , security protocols, occupational health regulations and environmental regulations úRisk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards, security vulnerabilities, and environmental impacts. Develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.úSafety and Health Programs: Implement and manage occupational health and safety programs, including training, emergency response planning, incident investigation, and workplace hazard identification.úEnvironmental Management: Develop and implement environmental management programs, including waste management, pollution control, energy conservation, and sustainability initiatives.úQuality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate quality control processes, product/service quality, and customer satisfaction levels. Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.úContinuous Improvement: Stay updated with Oracle HRMS updates, patches, and new features to recommend and implement system enhancements and optimizations.úCompliance and Security: Ensure HRMS system compliance with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and privacy policies.Qualifications:ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿúBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.úProven experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and functionalities.úStrong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.úProficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle development tools.úExperience in system configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with third-party systems.úExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.úOracle certifications such as Oracle EBS HRMS Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).úFamiliarity with HR analytics, reporting tools, and business intelligence concepts is a plus.úShould have experience andú Creating Reports and XML templates
