To help clients identify and execute against enterprise resource planning needs using Oracle fusion cloud technology.
To Help clients use Oracle offerings and/or industry specific solutions to solve our client?s business problems in the areas of finance, responsible for trouble shooting and rollout of financial modules.
Understand customers business needs and requirements.
Identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions
Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s)
Ability to do hands-on design & configuration of Oracle modules on the functional side.
Application Support, Maintenance, Enhancements for Oracle cloud fusion Financials.
Gather, Analyze requirements for enhancements and development.
Prepare support documents for enhancements/ Developments.
Participate in Change Management discussion.
Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes) as needed.
