Job Description

An exclusive GMS Client is looking for and Operations Supervisor/Engineer to join them as soon as possible in the GCC. There are two available vacancies and GCC experienced is highly preferred.The client is a leading automotive and construction company in the Region. They are looking onboard the correct candidates as soon as possible. The maximum monthly package for the position ranges from USD 4,000 - USD 5,000 depending on candidate experience.The main purpose of the role is to handle the operations (a-z) of the heavy equipment rental division including supervision of the workshop and aiding technicians in complicated repairs. The position reports into the Operations Director.?Some Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the rental department including monitoring all rental transactions and verifying company procedures are met on all agreements
  • Coordinating the transportation of heavy equipment and machines with customers and internal departments
  • Daily follow up with the maintenance team about equipment reports?and maintenance/repair time lines
  • Ad-hoc visits to customers to ensure company standards and KPIs are met
  • Managing key corporate accounts
  • Supporting the sales team by managing the equipment fleet
  • B2B and B2C rental operations management
  • Managing the operations cycle from inception to completion
  • Any other tasks as required by the Operations Director
