Job Description

On behalf of our client, who is in the food and beverages industry, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for multiple outlets and will be playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our various locations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational activities at all levels of the organization, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the organization and assigned outlets.
  • Develop and implement operational systems to optimize product handling, storage, and distribution.
  • Coordinate work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
  • Provide training to new and existing employees, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Manage inventory ordering and monitor daily maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Effectively communicate customer issues to the operations team and work collaboratively to devise solutions for improvement.
  • Make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
