Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our chain of chocolate stores. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the stores.
  • Monitor the performance of each store and ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the inventory of the stores and ensure that they are properly stocked at all times.
  • Supervise and train store managers and staff to ensure that they are delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that the stores are receiving the best possible pricing and products.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for the stores.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the stores, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and preparing reports for senior management.
  • Ensure that all stores are complying with health and safety regulations and company policies.
