The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering, strong leadership skills, and a passion for swimming pool systems and technologies.Key Responsibilities:? Operations Management: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.? Project Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for swimming pools, including pumps, filters, heating, and sanitation equipment.? Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.? Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients regarding mechanical systems and pool technologies.?
