Job Description

AU is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to join its growing team in the PR & Marketing Department at the level of Officer. The successful candidate shall provide support to the Senior Manager- PR & Marketing in the daily operations of the unit.Job Responsibilities(includes but not limited to):

  • Assist in the development of media plans and campaigns for AU.
  • Assist in the development of external AU advertising materials (look & feel, designs, printing and promotional material).
  • Collect and update advertising and promotional content from relevant departments.
  • Participates in the development of brochures, flyers and other print collateral.
  • Develop content, design and features for the University?s digital channels.
  • Work with Student Life to create news stories for staff and students.
  • Assist in videography and photography activities.
  • Updates the AU Corporate Branding documentation based on the instructions from the Senior Manager- PR & Marketing.
  • Support the marketing activities and public relations associated with the AU graduation event.
  • Prepares relevant reports required to monitor the progress of work (monthly and status reports).
