Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing patients conditions and implementing appropriate nursing care plans
  2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  3. Monitoring patients vital signs and reporting any significant changes
  4. Assisting in diagnostic tests and analyzing the results
  5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans
  6. Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
  7. Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
  8. Documenting patients medical histories and progress
  9. Educating patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures
  10. Adhering to all healthcare protocols and guidelines
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Valid nursing license in Kuwait
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Nurse
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team environment
  5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy
  7. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  9. Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
  10. Compassionate and empathetic nature
