Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Motor Claims Officer to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims processing and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Motor Claims Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim settlements, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders.   1. Review and assess motor claims for validity, coverage, and liability.
  2. Investigate accidents and gather all necessary information, including police reports, witness statements, and photographs.
  3. Communicate with policyholders, third-party claimants, and insurance agents to gather additional information and clarify any discrepancies.
  4. Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party insurers, ensuring fair and accurate compensation.
  5. Prepare and submit claim reports, supporting documentation, and other required paperwork.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments, such as underwriting and accounting, to ensure proper handling and payment of claims.
  7. Keep accurate records of all claims activities, including correspondence, payments, and settlements.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in motor claims processing.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on claim status.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims processing.
  2. Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant computer applications.
  3. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to policyholders and third-party claimants.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess claims and make fair and accurate settlements.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in claim documentation and record-keeping.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing industry regulations and technological advancements.
  9. Customer-centric approach and commitment to providing exceptional service.
