BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:

Ensure stock levels and estimates meet Range Plan and business financial budget requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

?Formulate aged inventory report/monitoring and prepare action plan to liquidate.
Updating space planning system and prepare action plan to increase the fixtures efficiency.
Create replenishment order and send it to Merchandiser for approval.
Create stock transfers and send it to Merchandiser.
Prepare monthly merchandising plan in coordination with buyers and VM and send it to Merchandiser.
Fortnightly should visit store.
Liaise with showrooms on daily basis.
Issue weekly trend report.
Monthly warehouse visits.
Issue monthly zero stock list and send it to all the showrooms and merchandiser will take action on it.
Issue sales analysis and order alert sheets daily and maintain a tracking sheet.
Maintains strategic relationships with team and??all key departments.
