Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure full availability of equipment at all time in good condition, by following of Preventive Maintenance Schedules
  • Preparation and execution of Shutdown planning.
  • Daily reports & preventive?maintenance checklist
  • Troubleshoot and perform artisan level mechanical skills such as pipefitting, boiler repair, pump, motor and coupling alignment.
  • Inspect all facility machinery thoroughly for malfunctions and / or potential failures.
  • Supervise, coordinate or assist contractors performing work at the facility..
  • Taking the Vibration Measurements of all Process fan and non process fan bearings & gear boxes.
  • Performs routine and (ash, boiler and fuel system maintenance, valve packing replacement, valve replacement, pump repairs, pump overhauls) and complex (equipment alignment, boiler instrumentation replacement, continuous emissions monitoring systems,) maintenance work, as assigned.
  • Executing the maintenance schedule for the process equipment, utilities and material management and inventory control.
  • Working out best option in co-ordination with other Departments for the smooth operations
  • Troubleshooting of all Running time problems & also implementing it perfectly in field.
  • Check Mechanical equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary
  • Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality
  • Ensure high level technical support to lower level technicians
  • Show expertise in working with team and independently
  • Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures
  • Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks and man lift
  • Comply with company and customer regulations and policies
  • Handle personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal tool lists
  • Handle time accounting and complete work order
