Job Description

The Maintenance Mechanical Lead-man is responsible for leading the Mechanical teams in the maintenance department. He assists the maintenance manager in all the Mechanical repairs of the facility

  • ?Maintains all the equipment in the plant in good operating conditions.
  • ?Continuously monitors the facility equipment making sure the efficient Mechanical operation.
  • ?Conduct all preventive maintenance tasks per set schedules.
  • ?Installs, moves, and connect all equipment and machineries.
  • ?Maintains clean and hazard free working area
  • ?Abided by GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedures) standards.
  • ?Is responsible for the Mechanical team and the Mechanical workshop.
  • ?Trains all subordinates on Wooden Bakery procedures and electrical work.
  • ?Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
  • ?Interacts?with different?department supervisors to ensure the delivery of accurate maintenance service (preventive and emergency)
  • ?Communicate professionally with suppliers while maintaining transparent and honest relationships.
