MarMarketing a Sales Representative

A reputable company in water proofing and thermal insulation field is looking for Marketing and Sales Representative to do the following :

Target the private sector to sell company products and services.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
Follow-up for collection of payment.
Coordinate with the company staff to accomplish the work required to achieve sales target.
Coordinate with the projects department to ensure proper execution of the contract items.
Negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Collaborates with the management to ensure proper support in proposal preparation, as well as contract negotiations and administration.
Leads and organizes ongoing proposal meetings to identify and resolve problems and share information, when necessary.
Explain terms and conditions to managers and related parties
Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
Coordinate with the legal department as needed
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met
