Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop & Implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals & increase online sales. Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior & competitive landscape. Create engaging & relevant content for the companys website , social media platforms & email campaigns. Plan & schedule content to ensure consistant & timely updates over all digital channels. Social Media Management & Engagement: Manage social media account (e.g Facebook , Instagram , Twitter) by creating posts, responding to comments & engaging with the followers. Monitor social media performance & analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies & improve results. Content &SEO Organization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility & search engine rankings. Conduct keyword search & optimize website content for search engine performance. Design , execute & manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions & customer research. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Manage & optimize paid advertising campaigns(e.g. Google Adds & Social Media Ads ) to drive traffic & conversions. Track & analyze performance of digital marketing activiteies sech as Google Analytics & social media insights. Provide reports on campaign effectiveness , website traffic & conversation rates & make recommendations for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaborations: Work closely with sales, customer service & creative teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinate with external agencies or venders as needed for specialized digital marketing services.
