Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at a leading Recruitment Agency specializing in Human Resources Outsourcing in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive client engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our recruitment services.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the HR outsourcing sector.
  3. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials that support lead generation efforts.
  5. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  6. Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
