Position Purpose:Marketing Executives are responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, serviceor idea.role includes: planning; advertising; public relations; event organization; productdevelopment; distribution; sponsorship; and research.Tasks, duties and responsibilities (TDR):1. Track and report on the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to adviseall marketing plans.2. Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.3. Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning andstrategy.4. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.5. Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, mediaadvertising spots, website content, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and social mediaaccounts. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including suppliers, printer?sdesigners and partner organizations.6. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration inpromotional activities7. Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes inmarketing strategy, products, or services.8. Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events. Travels to meet clients andattend conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and seminars.9. Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.10. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the appropriate media, to achievemarketing objectives.11. Writing and proofreading copy.12. Organizing photo shoots.13. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.14. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitionventures15. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
