Responsibilities?Responsible for everything from strategic plan development to practical implementation.?Drive sales growth in Kuwaits marine, diesel, gas, and on-site energy sectors and reach customer satisfaction, service excellence, market share, and profitability goals.?Boost the companys future prosperity by promoting and providing the OEM?s comprehensive state-of-the art product solutions to clients in the technology, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors.?Promote and create comprehensive power solutions for clients across various industries, such as power generation, no-break power, sustainability, micro-grids, and digital storage solutions.?Develop and implement strategic plans for the OEM?s product solutions offerings in alignment with overall company objectives. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in various industrial markets.?Lead and mentor a team of professionals. Provide guidance, support, and resources to ensure the teams success and professional development.?Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders. Understand their requirements and work together to provide solutions that satisfy or surpass those expectations.?Manage business unit budgets, expenses, and economic performance to maximize profitability and return on investment. Identify operational excellence opportunities and implement adequate financial controls.?Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and updates, particularly in the retail and industrial domains. Leverage insights from market analysis to guide strategic decisions and pinpoint fresh prospects for the business.?Ensure compliance with all Al Mulla Group rules and policies and relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing the respective businesses.
