Responsible for managing and monitoring the activities of the medical laboratories across DHAMAN?s Hospitals and Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs).
Establish excellent business relationships and communication channels with a third-party service provider.
Develop and ensure implementation of the Medical Laboratory policies and processes in order to achieve the Clinical Support Services department? objectives
Review the operating results of the Medical Laboratory function and follow-up.
Ensure maintaining satisfactory and safe performance of all Medical Laboratory area and ensure that quality assurance is regularly performed in all clinical areas and documented for audit purposes.
Monitor the adherence of the Medical Laboratory staff to DHAMAN?s guidelines, policies and procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medical Laboratory practice and technology to ensure that services provided are of the highest standard.
Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to Top Management that cover all the Medical Laboratory function?s activities.
