SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

System Integrity Ensure the integrity of the data and information to establish the system admin unit as a reliable source of information.
Application Supports

Identify sources of application gaps, failures and propose realistic solutions.
Provide guidance on application development from technical and tactical perspective.
Implement and manage middleware components in support of business needs.

Infrastructure Support
- Management & Support of the Server, Storage and Peripheral systems infrastructure environment as per Banks requirements.
- Management of incidents, problems, changes and releases as required. Resolving issues within SLA. Tracking progress and escalating as appropriate in a professional and consistent manner.
- Management and support of Backup infrastructure, in line with Bank?s Backup Policy.
- Provide and maintain IT disaster recovery plans and services, ensure standards and guidelines are applied and maintained.
- Ensure documentation of services, systems and processes are kept relevant and current.
- Infrastructure strategy development and execution
System Management Provide technical support for system failures, ensuring system availability close to 24 X 7
- Project Delivery & Management
Vendor Management Develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors to evaluate their products and recommend architecturally
Testing: Provide system test plans, and aid in testing interfaces and other systems as per requirement
