Responsibilities?Accept the workshop order and check the contents for completion.?Register all accumulated processing times.?Use various checklists to document proper performance of individual work steps.?Analyze workshop materials & details to keep data and quality updated.?Prepare necessary equipment for the workplace.?Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule / computer.?Carry out visual inspections, adjustment operations, changing and filling of operating fluids, and replacing wear parts (e.g. brake linings).?Recognize deviations or unusual wear, initiate add-on work and report to Team Leader.?Reset maintenance systems in accordance with the scope of maintenance.?Exchange or replace defective parts.?Prepare defected part for return in case of reconditioning.
