Inspects and evaluates performance of personnel and contractors; identifies problem areas, and directs corrective action accordingly
Develops, reviews and updates written maintenance instructions and schedules
Monitors and ensures applying periodical maintenance program and provides prompt maintenance services for urgent issues
Supervises any potential construction project or expansion plans
Identifies better practices and leads continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
Conducts periodic visits to project sites to oversee work in progress and provides technical support and direction where needed
Provide technical and managerial direction for special projects of a complex nature requiring engineering and technical expertise
Manages maintenance activities by reviewing and logging repair orders, preparing preventive maintenance listings, and creating monthly reports
Prepares and submits regular operations and maintenance reports and required regulatory reports to higher management.
