The role is responsible for maintenance of HVAC / Fire Fighting / electrical/ Mechanical / MHEs / Civil worksDuties & Responsibilities included but not limited to: Assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of the team that is responsible for the maintenance of HVAC / Fire Fighting / electrical/ Mechanical / MHEs / Civil works Monitor and control parts supplies and equipment as required Assist the technical team in analyzing and solving problems Organize planned preventive and corrective maintenance of all trades Monitor all work activities and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures, and safety protocols Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, etc Coordinate with team, follow up and respond to the emails. Prepare all necessary documents and statement, technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works Submit update schedules of project status, etc. Prepare report related to the project status. Manage budgeting and costing for each specific facilities management function. Create and manage a system for material procurement, storage, and dispatch based on bar code scanning and software Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors. Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors Manage budgeting and costing for each specific facilities management function Accountability and Authority (QHSE) Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards as well as core business values and IMS policies. Obey and adhere to the HR & QHSE communication Comply with applicable office polies Reporting of unsafe acts and condition to QHSE Incident reporting
