The Maintenance in charge is responsible for the maintenance of the machinery, equipment, and facility of the plant, including preventive maintenance and provision of adequate spare parts supply.
?Manages all maintenance and repair activities in the plant and company owned branches.
?Makes sure all the equipment and machinery are well maintained and lubricated.
?Reacts quickly and efficiently to any breakdown in order not to cause any shortage in the production department.
?Is responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all the power generators, freezers, and the water treatment plant.
?Maintains employee coverage at all shifts (24/7)
?Makes sure all equipment and facility are hygienically sound and hazard free.
?Abides by Company and food industry standards.
?Is responsible for pest control in the facility.
?Provides assistance to company owned branches in order to help solve any occurring maintenance problem (electrical, mechanical, etc...).
?Prepares/reviews maintenance contracts with different suppliers, sub-contractors or specialized companies.
?Coordinates and liaises with maintenance contractors.
?Maintains detailed records of maintenance contracts to ensure their timely renewal.
?Receives and reviews lease contracts and maintains respective detailed records to ensure their timely renewal.
?Performs on site supervision of rehabilitation works, or other significant maintenance works, in the head office and company owned branches.
?Prepares maintenance and repairs reports, statistics and expenses?

?Maintains the inventory of tools and material needed for immediate maintenance cases.
?Maintains proper documentation and filing of all maintenance work conducted on facility equipment.
?Carries out routine preventive maintenance and minor repair works.
?Supervises staff to ensure maintenance programs are carried out effectively.
?Develops maintenance strategies, policies and procedures effectively.
?Assists in the preparation of the maintenance department?s yearly plan and budget.
?Monitors and reports the performance of direct subordinates and recommends appropriate training for them.
