Job Description

  • KNOWLEDGE OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE /BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE OF CNC MACHINES/EOT CRANES/COMPRESSORS/ PROCESS PLANTS.
  • PREPARATION OF MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REFERRING OEM MANUALS. SPARES PLANNING.
  • CO-ORDINATE WITH SUPPLIERS AND VENDORS FOR MACHINE SPARE.
  • PREPARATION OF FACTORY LAYOUT.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF PROGRAMING OF PLC/SERVO DRIVE/VFD`S.
  • ABILITY TO MANAGE A TEAM OF MAINTENANCE FOREMAN/TECHNICIAN.
  • CO-ORDINATE WITH SUBCONTRACTORS.
  • PREPARATION OF DRAWINGS IN AUTO-CAD.
  • ABILITY TO READ AND INTERPRET OEM MANUALS AND DRAWINGS.
