Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision
Performing consultation, advice and evaluation assistance on specification for new enhancements
Work closely with team and internal software development personnel to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into the delivered product.
Develop accurate and complete quality assurance test plans and test cases to ensure requirements traceability and validation.
Conduct quality assurance testing of systems and enhancements.
Assist the business in the production of business cases when required
?Assist the business on the best use of the applications concerned
Participate in process analysis and improvement
As required, provide end-user training and end-user support ?
