Job Description

A company in the Hotel industry is looking for an M&E Sales Coordinator.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Meetings and Events (M&E) Sales Coordinator to join our hotels sales and events team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event coordination and sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. As an M&E Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the booking and successful execution of meetings, conferences, and events hosted at our hotel.Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, responding to inquiries, providing information, and guiding clients through the event booking process.
  2. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of meetings and events, including room setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other guest requirements.
  3. Quotations and Contracts: Prepare event proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for upselling additional services or rooms.
  5. Client Visits: Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients to showcase event spaces and facilities.
