Job Description

POSITION SUMMARYPAE is seeking a Lodging Manager (LM) for a position performing ISS (Installation Support Services) functions at Ali Al Salem base and Cargo City in Kuwait.? The LM will be responsible for linen exchange, building and room preventive maintenance inspections, inventory, restocking, safety inspections, general maintenance and cleaning, and other related tasks.? The LM will perform other duties as assigned by Site Manager or Program leadership IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria.The LM shall be available within 2 hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss problem areas.BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARYResponsibilities include:

  • Planning, scheduling, quality control to ensure work in accordance with all governing guidelines
  • Supervising Lodging staff
  • Participating and providing input in hiring, promotion, transfer and terminations
  • Any other items as directed or as outlined in PWS
  • All supporting documentation / reporting as required IAW international, US, Air Force, PWS criteria and any other industry standards/criteria
