Manage limit unit staff and ensure all Customers/ Financial Institutions limits are accurately and timely maintained within the agreed SLA and cut off time.Limits Documentations: Ensure all local and international limits documents are complete & processed based on guidelines as well as follow up with stakeholders to ensure limits and required data is accurate.Limits Setup & Update: Ensure that all Customers/ Financial Institutions, wholesale and defaulted limits are set up, updated or amended correctly and in a timely manner based on the limit requisite received.Process and Guidelines: Ensure all limit procedures are in line with internal and external guidelines & regulations as well as containing all the relevant documentation, signatures and any audit or risk finding.Liaison and coordination: Liaison with CAD, Treasury and Legal to ensure compliance of policy & procedures and resolve issues related to limits as required.System Management: Ensure that all limits entries are processed & updated on the system accurately in line with the communicated approvals.System enhancement: Highlight any possible system enhancement to improve control and remove redundancies. Coordinate with IT for development and implementation.SLA and Cut off Times: Ensure that all transactions are completed within the agreed SLA and prior to the agreed cut off time.Reports: Timely completion of all daily / monthly reports and other than monthly Statistics.
