?To be responsible for all necessary required documentation for company and its subsidiaries in the Minister of Commerce, CMA and for General Assemblies requirements?To be responsible for the legal part all KYC (know your client requirements) requirements for Stock Exchange, CMA (to be learnt), etc., international entities.?To look after all litigations in Kuwait (employment litigation, others) directly or to be a representative (a link) between the Company and our retained law firms?Prepare contracts and agreements ( NDA, Agency agreements, general commercial contracts)?Keep all legal records in a responsible manner KGLI and its subsidiaries (properly organized, etc.)
