Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:�

Assist Supervisor to ensure documentation of�all deals and transactions (agreements, contracts etc.) to which JTC is a party to and ensure that JTC?s interests are well protected and all eventualities are catered for
Assist in the formulation of policies and procedures with respect to contracting, e.g. ethics matters, consultant appointment, document retention etc.
Follow-up with government regulatory bodies in order to be acquainted with�any new laws/regulations�and executive orders�newly enacted that may impact JTC
Assist Supervisor in prepare standard agreements for frequently repeated activities
Assist the external counsel in handling disputes before the courts and other legal bodies and manage dispute resolution and settlement claims
Translate legal documents into understandable language for internal use as required by top management
Resolve any other issue that arises in day to day working of the company which might relate to accidents, claims, tenders, contracts etc.
Assist the management in the fulfillment of its obligations, statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries
Maintain a safe working environment
