Reporting to: Chief Compliance Officer Key Responsibilities: Oversee all corporate legal processes, including intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, and general company and commercial contracts. Conduct research to anticipate and mitigate legal risks for the company. Provide guidance to managers and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations. Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents. Offer redlined recommendations on both standard and non standard contracts and negotiate directly with the relevant parties. Serve as the point of contact for contractual matters, acting as a liaison between company employees, counterparties, and clients to ensure timely review and approval/reconciliation of variations. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
