We are looking for legal advisor who will provide legal counsel and support to the organization on a wide range of legal issues. They will provide guidance on legal compliance and risk management and will work with other departments to help the company navigate legal challenges and minimize risk.RESPONSIBILITIESBelow are some of the qualifications and skill sets of a Legal Advisor?Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues, including commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance?Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements?Provide training and guidance to other departments on legal compliance and risk management?Identify and assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks?Represent the company in legal compliance?Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations that affect the company ?Provide support and guidance to the senior management on legal matters.
