  • Installing and configuring printers/copiers.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing of printers, plotters, scanners at component level.
  • Diagnosing and solving printers/copiers related problems and its supporting software.
  • Troubleshooting network related problems.
  • Handling and processing service requests in ITSM.
  • Attending maintenance/repair calls/requests.
  • Registering all maintenance/repair calls/requests.
  • Guide users on how to use MFPs.
