Reporting To: CRM ManagerDepartment: CRMKey Responsibilities: Contacts the customer database received from the marketing events or other sources and understands the customers? interests, preferences and buying behaviors. Filters and validates the potential customers. Qualifies the potential customers into ?Leads? ? Hot Leads, Cold Leads and Lost Sale, based on their interests and purchase intentions. Creates customers interest in the company?s products and services. Identifies the ?sources and the medium of information? of the Lead customer about the company/brands/promotions and others. Gathers information on the reach, preference and effectiveness of different marketing activities for the customers. Maintains the database of the qualified Lead on the Kerridge and performs timely updates. Shares the Kerridge reports on the Qualified Leads with the Sales team on daily basis for appropriate actions and conversion of potential customers into actual customers. Conducts a follow up check with the Hot Leads (customers) to understand their experience with the Sales Executive and buying decisions. Obtains information through the follow up calls to the customer to validate and verify the action details as registered on Kerridge by the Sales team. Follows up with the Cold Leads to understand the customer?s reason and viewpoint regarding the purchase. Develops the action plan in alignment with marketing to retarget and convert the customers into Hot Leads and actual customers. Reviews, identifies and analyses the Lost Sale Leads database and customer reason for the change in buying decision and patterns. Highlights the common trends/patterns to the concerned teams. Prepares evaluation reports and summaries on the different Leads database for the Sales and Marketing Departments for the corrective action plan, on daily and monthly basis.
