Their 110 bed facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range of medical and surgical specialties.what we offerFirst of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary! All leave and end of service benefits as per Kuwait Labor Law.descriptionThis role responsible to provide high quality advice to the hospital on major legal issues and problems. Next to that, he will be responsible to formulate the best possible legal solution after analyzing the legal problem in depth. This position shall provide legal assistance while dealing with some particular legal tasks, litigations, contracts, dispute resolution and guide the hospital management on taking an appropriate decision. He will perform in accordance with overall hospital policies and accepted professional standards.main responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership in the delivery of reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed advice to the Management team and various departments on legal issues and potential legal implications of various hospital strategies and business initiatives;
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the hospital?s full legal rights;
  • Proactively anticipates issues and estimates risk strategically;
  • Effectively handle all legal matters and litigations of the hospital.
  • Shall represent the hospital before the concerned authorities, court & police as required.
  • Prepares comprehensive briefs on each case that goes to trial.
  • Prepares and files legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, contracts and deeds.
  • Maintains a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances based on case requirements.
  • Schedules and administers full deposition of case witnesses and experts.
  • Reviews documents and determines the best course of action for each case for the hospital.
  • Acts as a custodian of all legal records in the company
  • Reviews and approves all contracts related to third parties, vendors/suppliers etc.
  • Provides clarification on legal language or specifications to required members in the organization.
  • Interprets laws, rulings and regulations as per hospital requirements.
  • Collaborates with Management to devise effective defense strategies.
  • Conducts internal investigations, attends staff disciplinary proceedings, draft reports and recommendations within the framework of governing laws.
