Receive and complete work orders within in line with SLA & KPI, with quality & satisfactory.
Report properly the work carried out using the CAFM tool & smartphone provided.
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. Organize work in a skilled and professional manner.
Operating the assets in the best possible way to achieve best performance and min. breakdown.
Carry out repairs, maintenance and installation and all Kitchen & Laundry related equipment.
Report any unsafe working conditions to senior colleagues, in order to ensure a safe working environment. Reporting any major abnormality to the Technical Supervisor.
Ensure work areas are always kept in a safe and tidy condition.
Read and understand basic schematic/line electrical drawings.
Use Mechanical/electrical test equipment?s and instruments.
Request support and direction as needed. Provide training to other team members.
Familiar and comply with all relevant engineering department policies and procedures.
Any other duties as may reasonably requested by the management.
