Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Food Preparation:

  • Assist in basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Follow recipes and instructions provided by senior kitchen staff.
Cooking Assistance:
  • Support Commi 2 and higher-ranking chefs in cooking and assembling dishes.
  • Operate kitchen equipment under supervision.
Cleaning and Sanitization:
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
  • Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
Ingredient Management:
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and managing food ingredients.
  • Monitor and report low stock levels to superiors.
Dishwashing:
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Ensure the availability of clean and sanitized tools for the kitchen team.
  • Handling poultry and meat working in central kitchen
