Job Description

  • Assist chefs with basic food prep such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables
  • Portion ingredients and pack meals according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas (work surfaces, equipment, utensils)
  • Handle deliveries and properly store ingredients
  • Remove waste and keep storage areas organized
  • Support the team in setting up and closing the kitchen each day
