About the Organization:A bilingual kindergarten opening soon in Kuwait offering a curriculum including a wide variety of relevant courses for the main goal of guiding students to become well prepared for learning the next levels in primary school.Requiring a British female kindergarten teacher.Responsibilities:Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staffOrganize classroom lectures and courseworkAssigning interesting homework and exercises, and assessing the students progress (e.g. homework, exam grades, etc.)Keep a record of students attendance and gradesIf applicable, identify students with special requirements and create individualized plansProvide feedback based on workload and classroom behaviorManage classroom crises and resolve conflictInform parents about their childrens performance via regular reports and meetingsCollaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experienceDevelop lesson plans/curricula and teaching strategiesKeeping abreast of events (e.g. National Day) and incorporating these events and themes into lessons to make them more relevant to studentsUsing technology to improve lesson delivery and record-keepingExpanding teacher networks and participating in workshops, lectures, and other learning opportunitiesQualifications:Must be a British female kindergarten teacherDiplomats degree in English/LiteratureRelevant certification or license will be advantage5+ years of teaching experience is a mustCompassion, understanding, and excellent communication skillsResilience and the ability to work with others and multitask in a high-stress environmentKnowledge of various teaching methodsIf accepted, should be in Kuwait within the first week of Sept 2022 after visa issuanceSalary and other privileges will be discussed via interviewing
