Recording of supplier invoices in GP system.
Prepare and process accounts payable checks, transfers and cash payments.
Prepare weekly accounts payables aging analysis, commenting on exceptional items.
Conducting and assist inventory count on monthly basis.
Maintaining cash float of finance department.
Tracing/recording all Home Owner Services related utility bills and submitting report to operational department.
Inventory cost analysis and preparation of journal entries.
Check suppliers invoices against attached purchase order and other supporting documents.
Ensure that all accounts payable related documents are filed under an adequate filling system.
Other tasks as assigned?by Chief Accountant or Director of Finance?
