Job Description

The ideal candidate (Female Candidates Preferred) will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers for post sales technical requests and coordination. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate technical team activity. They will also work closely with sales/presales teams to maximize performance.?Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the technical team by managing schedule and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensuring the tasks performed by technical staff are adequate to the industry regulations
  • Working with executive management, vendors and IT staff to create a technology plan for the organization.
  • Oversee inspections and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, computers and software
  • Generating and maintaining service order task lists for active service orders
  • Provide data to supervisors, co-workers and subordinates
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor the team?s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from customers for technical resource acquisition?, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling engineer visits.?
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Preparing monthly, weekly or daily?analysis as instructed by the Manager
