Job Description

  • Provide technical support to all employees.
  • Manage and maintain companys technological equipment, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Install, upgrade, and manage software and hardware on company devices.
  • Manage all software licensing.
  • Train staff on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
  • Ensure that company devices interconnect with file servers, email servers, and financial systems seamlessly.
  • Perform troubleshooting and execute needed repairs.
  • Work with other IT professionals to ensure upholding IT standards.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
