FUNCTION:

PRIMARY TASKS:

Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Troubleshoots day-to-day user issues. Gathers and analyzes data, provides possible solutions, works with vendors to resolve problems.
Diagnosing, isolating and implementing remedies for system failures caused by errors in application code.
Engage in developing new software or modifying the university?s existing software.
Ensures that programming and enhancements is completed according to technology standards.
Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required.
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
Follow the university rules and regulations.
Undertake other duties as required by the Manager.
